Declaration of dividend after reporting date

In line with IAS 10, Events after the Reporting Period, the declaration of the dividend occurred after the end of the reporting period, resulting in a non-adjusting event that is not recognised in the financial statements. The R186 million linked unitholders for distribution in the statement of financial position (FY15) relates to the NCI’s portion of the GOZ distribution.
